What's the minimum order to private label a product?
For white label and private label runs, our minimum starts at 60 bottles per product. If you want to test a formula before committing to a full run, you can order a single sample bottle of most products first.
Can I order a sample before I commit?
Yes. Most of our products have a 16 oz sample option so you can check the formula, color, and scent before placing a full order. Sample bottles are not customized with your logo. They come either plain or in Renegade branding. The point of the sample is to make sure you love the product itself before we print your labels.
How does the ordering process work?
It's four steps:
- Place your order and check out here on the website.
- Our team reaches out (usually the next day) to collect your logo, phone number, website, and any other info for your label.
- We design your label with your branding and email it to you for approval.
- Once you approve, we print the labels, apply them to your bottles, and ship your order.
How long does an order take?
Most private label orders take about 5 to 10 business days to process. During busier times of year it can run up to two to three weeks. We'll always give you a realistic timeline for your specific order.
What can I customize on the label?
You can customize the logo, part number, website, phone number, product description, and usage instructions. Most customers customize the logo, part number, website, and phone number, and keep our tested product descriptions and instructions. At higher volumes you can also customize the scent and color of the product itself.
Do I own my formula?
Our standard products use our proven formulas, which stay ours. If you want a formula that's exclusive to you, we offer custom formulation, including an option to fully own the rights to your formula. We can also reverse engineer a product you already like and want to reproduce.
Are your products made in the USA?
Yes. Everything is blended and bottled in our own 50,000 square foot facility in Anaheim, California.
What sizes can I order?
We offer 16 oz retail bottles, 1 gallon jugs, 5 gallon pails, and 55 gallon drums, plus bulk components and accessories. You can start small with retail sizes and scale up to drums as your brand grows.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is not built into the product price.
I don't have a logo yet. Can you help?
Yes. We have in-house graphic designers who can design your label. If you also need a full brand logo, we can point you to a logo design service we've used many times that delivers the file formats you'll need for labels, your website, and social media.
