Shipping policy
Where we ship from
Every order is blended, bottled, labeled and shipped from our 50,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in Anaheim, California. Will-call pickup at the facility is available on any order — choose pickup at checkout.
Lead times
Lead times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday) from the day your order is placed, and are the time until your order ships. Transit time is additional.
- 16 oz samples: ship in 2–3 business days
- 16 oz, 32 oz and 1 gallon private label orders: ship in 10–15 business days
- 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums: ship in 5–10 business days
Private label orders include label design and a proof you approve by email before anything prints. We reach out for your logo the next business day after you order; getting us your artwork and proof approval promptly keeps your order on schedule. If anything about a specific order would change these timelines, we tell you before we start.
Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated by the carrier at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order — there is no separate freight quote. Bottles, gallon cases and single pails ship by parcel carrier. Drums and pallet-quantity orders ship LTL freight on a pallet; the freight rate is shown at checkout by zone. Business addresses with a loading dock or forklift receive freight at the lowest rates; residential or liftgate delivery may cost more.
Tracking and delivery
You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order leaves our facility. Please inspect every shipment on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or short, email photos and your order number to sales@renegadeprivatelabel.com right away and we will make it right.
